  • Fast & Cheap, but definitely NOT VEGAN

As other reviewers have noted, this place is cheap & cheerful, and a good chance to try a more traditional eatery, and so close to the main station. It's also a quick and easy meal. However, don't be fooled by the claim (on the top of the menu) that it doesn't use egg. There's probably egg in the fake meat, and there's certainly egg (but probably not oyster) in the oyster omelette - I saw the big crate of eggs by the grill. And they don't even claim to not use milk, and I saw milk in the fridge beside my seat. So the problem is that it's hard to know what doesn't contain fake meat (which probably won't be vegan) so I don't really recommend it, at least if you can't communicate with them in Chinese what you want. And given how busy they were, I doubt there'd be time for that anyway. If you just want a vegan meal, it would probably be easier to just go around to the Loving Hut a few minutes away.
