- Vegan chicken bagel
It's a really nice place with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. They can provide a clear overview on which you can check all the ingredients and allergens. They serve coffee with soy or spelt milk. Further, they don't have many vegan options unfortunately. They have a bagel with banana and maple syrup, one with hummus, rucola and sun-dried tomatoes or so and one with vegan fake chicken, some veggies and a sesame teriyaki sauce. I had the brown spelt bagel with the vegan chicken but I didn't really like it, for it didn't have much taste and was quite dry. That was a pity. Sadly much of the sauce had already ran out onto the plate when I got the meal, so maybe it would've been better if that didn't happen. I never asked if they could substitute cream cheese with hummus thereby creating more vegan options, so I don't know about that. That would be nice though.
