- 5 star Vegan Cuisine - But You Have To Ask
We stayed at the Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta for two weeks in December. Great location, great service, but almost no vegan food. We met with Chef Marcos and General Manager Alberto Landero, explained the situation, and after that the meals were incredible. So, if you are a vegan, looking for an upscale resort in Puerto Vallarta, give this place a try, they will make it worth your while. I would recommend scheduling a meeting with a chef, or Food and Beverage Manager Martin Vazquez, and they will make sure the food is outstanding. We had many other guests ask what we were being served, so they could order it as well.
