My vegan friend showed me this place. the vegetarian menu is 2 pages Long and really cheap. main dish costs 2.50 USD (drink not included). I just loooved the taste of the Food, so i went there every single day of my stay in Siem Reap. I also brought some non-vegetarians there. They said the burgers, the tuna Sandwich and the green Papaya sald are awesome. they have fast wifi and the staff speaks very good english (with exceptions) and they're very nice. I loved that they have a lot of Khmer dishes in vegetarian form, for instance Fish Amok. My suggestions: try the Mushroom Amok, the red Curry and the Chek Ktes. They have a lot of drink choices as well. huge menu for non-vegetarians.
