- strawberries in the nachos
while it's great that Banff has a vegetarian restaurant, I don't know if their menu is seasonaal, but it was February they put strawberries in everything! Strawberries in the nachos, strawberries in the shepherd's pie. The nachos also have pickles and all sort of other non-traditional toppings. The food is good but has the potential to be so much better if they didn't load each dish up with too many ingredients!
