- EXCEPTIONALLY DELICIOUS!!!
Seriously, if you are in Villa de Leyva, wether you are a meat eater, vegetarian or vegan, come here. It is a very recently-opened restaurant, the owner/cook is Korean and the sweetest thing in the world. She makes her tofu herself which means it is very fresh and soft and oh so delicious. It is really authentic and super super delicious. You will not regret it! She really understands what vegan means so you can tell her you want a vegan option and she will make you a big platter with a main dish, side things, a korean iced-tea and other stuff :) have the sushi too! There are maybe 2-3 vegan options but they are worth coming for!!
