- Can live up to high expectations
Vegan Bueras can definitely live up to high expectations, the food is high-class and distinguished. Therefore is also a bit pricey though. So the venue is probably the least exiting part, the interior is average, no special or extravagant furniture or decoration. The only piece that stands out is the record player. But how great is that, really! Usually they play some 80's post-punk vinyls. There aren't many dishes on the menu, but everything they do provide is formidable. The vegan cheese they use is pretty good. And there are various mushrooms on the menu, that's awesome! The portions could be a bit larger though. Impeccable service, friendly staff. Waiting times aren't long. Recommended!
