- A vegan food truck!
Culver City Salads is another vegan food truck in town. During the week it is parked in Coal Harbour and likely serves local businesses. I went there at a Farmers' Market. I ordered a salad, and having some extra food restrictions, they were really helpful in accommodating me. My husband had the soup of the day (carrot and cauliflower) and gluten free bread. My salad was surprisingly filling and was pretty good. They use fresh and local ingredients (I hope from the market!!). Everything is vegan and gluten free. It's perfect! The menu of the week is on the truck, they change frequently. So worth trying. Updated from previous review on Sunday November 15, 2015
