All food is vegan. The only non-vegan item here is cow's milk option for coffee. Every day there is a changing vegan gluten-free lunch menu option consisting of a soup, main dish and a cake. Apart from this they always serve vegan gluten-free pancakes with 4 fillings available (delicious!) and burgers (gluten-free bread available).
