Great Vegetarian and Vegan options

Awesome new foodie spot in Elon. Sampled the Roasted Cauliflower Taco. Seasoned roasted cauliflower with walnuts, shredded cabbage, pickled cucumbers, curried tofu mayo, cilantro on corn tortillas.
