Just ate here for the first time today and cannot stop talking about it. I had the green juice, the soup of the day (leek, cannellini bean, and kale), the ratatouille with a side salad, and the dessert platter with tea. We also took home the cheese platter. (We were very excited lol). Everything was absolutely delicious! I was especially impressed with the dessert platter. I have baked vegan both personally and professionally, and I have always found raw desserts to be the most challenging. The chefs at Asaparagasm blew me away! Each dessert was more exciting than the next. Unique flavors, beautiful presentation, happy tastebuds. On a side note, the location itself is whimsical. I had never been to Nailsworth before, and this restaurant is nestled in a particularly sweet little area inside the town center. The restaurant has so many noteworthy decor choices - sturdy wooden tables, mismatched chairs, dessert served on slates, well-placed succulent plants, etc. Bristolians, it is worth the drive!!
