Amazing evening They gave us the upstairs lounge table made in a really cool style with recycled pallet wood The owners is a vegan couple doing everything home hard in their menu They change the menu every week so that you never get bored of discovering new creative ways of plant based delicatessen The husband is the chef, he has gastronomic background ( You can't miss it) and his wife is doing everything to make you happy. The ambiance is nice, it feels like without knowing them, you are at your friend's home. We had raw purple artichoke salad, just perfect Waffles with some kind of chives cream that was so light incredible And a kickass raw banana fig and coco chocolate dessert Overall, one of the best vegan restaurant without doubt in south of France, correct prices, creativity, friendly ambiance and adorable family owner Will come back anytime I'm in town. you are the future ?
