I had lunch here today. It was truly excellent. As a main course I chose the trio of three purées - sweet potato, chick pea and potato - which came with a rocket salad. That might sound bland but whatever herbs, spices had nuts had been used really blended well and brought out strong and spicy flavours. The creamy dessert I had to follow was flavoured with lemon and could not be faulted. The friendly owner told me that the menu changed daily, depending on what was available at the market. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated with the theme of wild animals - forest sounds are quietly playing in the background. My one regret is that I don't live near enough to Nice to regularly eat here.
