The Hub serves roti sandwiches -- roti, if you are unfamiliar is a kind of bread used in Indian and Indonesian (among others) cuisine. Its kind of like a fried pancake. So the sandwiches are on an open roti, and they fill them with a variety of different things. They are DELISH! There are several vegan items on a distinct vegan menu section...and several others can be easily changed to make them vegan. Staff are very friendly and open -- definitely engage them and they will work with you. They have a smoked tofu that is really terrific. The roti's are usually $3 each, I usually get two (sometimes I go for 3). Really nice option in Jeffersonville -- just a few minutes from downtown Louisville.
