As per Ovocafe in Wan Chai... They bill themselves as a lacto vegetarian eatery with some dishes that can be altered to be vegan. In some towns I'd be grateful for that. There's a lot of competition in the vego market in HK though. Thus my preference would be they revised that policy so vegan is the default rather than lacto ovo vego. Other will think differently of course just as people are entitled to.
