My favourite vegetarian restaurant in Brasilia, Girassol serves vegetarian lunch composed mainly of salad, hot dishes, seasonings, delicious raw preparations and organic/bio ingredientes. It also serves sandwiches, juice, desserts, raw "milk"shakes and has a nice grocery store. It also serves hot green tea for free. I definately recommend. Updated from previous review on 2011-09-01
