Pure Simplicity is a treat! Cute decor, happy friendly service, beautifully displayed food and healthy delicious options! They specialise in Acai bowls and sweet treats like raw slices, bliss balls and Cloverly Cupcakes (Cloverly have changed the culture of Brisbane cafes - now you can get vegan cupcakes all over Brisbane -and they're good: they've converted people in droves to the possibilities of vegan baking). Pure Simplicity also has salads and burritos/ burgers/wraps and most options are vegan. Keep an eye on this new place: its only new and already it's showing the way.
