- Good, Healthier Vegan Food
a number of indoor/outdoor food court-style veg restaurants have opened up. this is the latest vegan food court restaurants to open. I just ordered a snack of a coconut vegan ceviche on crispy chips and a fruit cup. the fruit cup was very refreshing. the coconut ceviche was good, but I would have preferred if the flavors were stronger. The people who work here are very helpful, and the seating area is comfortable and lively.
