• Dedicated vegetarian menu, disappointing service

As a vegan, I am often thrilled to see restaurants preparing vegetarian/vegan menus so when I find one, I go and try to eat off the veg menu. I went to Tsuru for dinner on two consecutive evenings. The first one, I ordered Nasu Tofu Itame and kamameshi. The former arrived with meat. To be fair, it was replaced however, it took forever to arrive and our kamameshi is already cold. The following evening, the same food server took my order and this time I ordered Nasa Abura Itame. Everything was good until I got the bill as I was charged 3x more than what it cost because the food server put the wrong price. The rest of the staff were very apologetic yet the server who made the mistake did not, which was disappointing. Overall, the food is okay for the price, however, they need to train some of their staff on product to remain consistent.
