I ate at Vegan Hippo this week and was expecting a long wait for food after reading some of the reviews on Happy Cow. The food came to my table within a couple of minutes of ordering, even though it was lunchtime and already very busy. The jackfruit burger was quite tasty, although I was surprised to find it served in a fairly tough white bap - wouldn't wholemeal be a bit more fitting? Accompanying kale crisps were very nice. The overall value for money wasn't great, but this is central London, ain't it? Updated from previous review on 2016-10-29
