  • How did they get such good ratings..??

Came here on a weekday afternoon before walking around Asakusa. My partner and I had seen the pictures of the food from their own page and looked very much forward to coming here to try. However, it's hard to describe how disappointing it was here. We paid 1500en each for a lunch set which included an all you can eat buffet and a one time soup, which I felt was a fair value when coming in. I ordered the soy meat sandwich, and my partner had the rice and vegetables dish. The food was ok, very plain in taste and not exciting at all. The best thing was how tender their soy meat was. But the buffet was the really sad part. They had, lettuce, cabbage, shredded carrot, a tiny bit of potato salad left, and a couple of salad dressings to choose from. After the potato salad finished, a new one wasn't ready to take its place, even though there were so many staff working there (I think around 6?). The staff didn't seem so happy to be there either. I unfortunately felt like I wasted money going there, for that money I could have had a much nicer meal at Sasaya Cafe for a 15-20 min walk which I regretted afterwards. Do not recommend. Based on my experience, I'm going to guess they are facing financial troubles as the food we saw on the pictures was nothing like what we received.
