  • Fantastic cooking class

We loved this cooking class! It was so hands on and I really feel like I learnt to make the quite complex Vietnamese dishes we had chosen, including Cau Lao Hoi An noodles, Sweet and Sour Hotpot and spring rolls. The food was truly delicious, but best of all truly vegan - unlike many places that will tell you it's vegan and add fish sauce etc! I also wish we had booked our tours through Karma Waters. They are a very ethical company and will not rip you off at all, unlike many tour guides. Book directly with the restaurant, they speak excellent English. The service was outstanding, we had a chef and an interpreter looking after 2 people for a 2 hour class, plus meals, all for $50. Bargain !!!
