- The best pho in Vietnam so far!!
This place is the top of my list in vietnams large vegetarian and vegan scene. The best pho I've had so far and it's vegan! I would also recommend the spicey vegetables with rice cracker. This meal has this fake meat on it, it's delicious! Ask for more chiles if you're a chilli head! We also did the cooking lesson there. Highly recommended! The staff / teacher was amazing and very informative about local traditions and life in Vietnam. Many thanks!
