- BEST vegan 4 course menu in the Rheingau
First off, this restaurant serves meat, but given to its Location far off any vegan options, Bacharach, this is a gem. I have been strictly vegan for 12 years now, and for my birthday we decided to hike the Rheingau. I knew it would probably be very very difficult to get anything vegan besides fries or maybe a side salad, as the Rheingau is a very traditional meaty place when it comes to food. My boyfriend discovered this restaurant and we decided to give it a go - there is regular 4 course striktly vegan menu, you don't need to book it in advance, it's always available and super yummy! I even had a vegan Crème Brulée!!! Highly recommended. Updated from previous review on Monday August 17, 2015
