I came across this with my parents when dropping by Cabot. I had already noticed people had seen the goveganworld billboard posters and was intrigued by the queue at Eat a Pitta. It's a great place in the public view, encouraging healthy eating and highlighting the fact that vegans can eat good food. And that it doesn't just have to be vegetables and even just making a vegan choice isn't as bad as it sounds when the good food is available. The name is eye catching and it's simple. The food is so satisfying and there's quite a bit of variety and options for gluten free as well. Hopefully there will be more places like this arising in public, to encourage healthy living and hopefully open the minds of people who so narrowly rely on animal products to sustain themselves and hopefully more emphasised healthy appealing food restaurants will come around.
