• Amazing vegan food and hospitality in nature

We are both vegan. We spent an entire week at Borgo Cerquelle, and every day, for breakfast, lunch and diner, we had such a delicious meal, with so many options of fresh organic vegetables picked up the same day. They also baked vegan cakes for us. Breakfast is amazing, with their home-made jams and marmelades made with berries from the surrounding woods. The rest of our family, non vegan, enjoyed vegan food, and had also fresh dairy products and some meat from surrounding small farms. It has been an amazing experience. Always surrounded by happy animals. Also a donkey, with her 3 weeks old new born donkey, free to roam around the stone village. Absolutely a visit to Borgo Cerquelle if you are looking for natural food, family atmosphere, and an immersive experience in italian farm life. The staff, all family members, are incredibly friendly and helpful. In the surrounding woods there is a small river where you can swim and relax. Absolutely not to miss. Always give a call before showing up for a meal. Free WIFI in the lobby and restaurant area.
