- Cosy small restaurant in downtown Kassel
Namaste is a counter style restaurant serving vegetarian and vegan Ayurvedic dishes located at Kassel's famous Treppenstraße. Not every meal can be ordered every day but I see that as a sign of quality, fresh preparation, and well thought-out planning. The staff is friendly and helpful (and makes a good salesman). For a counter style restaurant the atmosphere is pretty cosy, combining dining tables with an Indian style lounge. In summer you can also sit outside. The food is tasty, rich and versatile. Prices are moderate.
