- Delicious! Would definitely go again!
I've been living in Rome for the past 7 years, so "Ma Va" sounds very quite tongue in cheek to me. Nevertheless, this restaurant is interesting to me as it cooks traditional Roman dishes but vegan. I went here with my partner to celebrate my birthday. The place looks cosy and definitely looks like any other Roman Trattoria. It was almost empty when we arrived at 8.30 but slowly filled up as the evening progressed. The hosts were extremely polite and a few minutes after we’ve seated, We had starters of tempura di verdure miste and antipasto mediterraneo, mains of spezzatino di soia al latte di cocco and seitan alla vaccinara (which is an interesting twist of a classic roman dish) and desserts which amounted to about 50 euro for the both of us. It was worth it! I loved everything that I ate that night. It was so good and flavourful, I would definitely go again! For more, feel free to visit my blog http://rinaz.net/2016/08/mava/
