What I really liked about this place, apart from the exceptionally nice food and nice interior, is the open kitchen where you can see what the chefs are doing. I started with a complimentary lentil and corvette soup, then I had a nice buckwheat tart with caramelised onions and plums, on a bed of lentil cream. The next dish was delicate and balanced, made up with chickpea flour crepes with parsnip cream and topped with crunchy kale. As a dessert I went for a three-layered raw cheesecake, with a base of crushed pistachios, a layer of chocolate cream and topped with frozen pear purée. Maybe a bit too cold on the first bite, but the taste improved as long as I ate it and my palate got used to the three different textures. Portions were okay, neither too big nor too small. Knowledgeable staff and quick service were a plus. Highly recommended. Update 19th October 2019 Everything delicious as always and great service! Always recommended.
