  • Amazing food for vegans!

This restaurant is well known in Nantes, as it provides very fine traditional cuisine (recommended by the Gault and Millau guide). It must also be known by vegans as it offers a full vegan menu since 2015 and is approved by VegoResto (a L214 animalist association label). And it is really amazing! I went there for dinner and it was one of the bests in my life, really. And without any faux-meat. We started with appetizers (eggplant caviar, so good!) and a cocktail, then followed by a pumkin velouté with mushrooms, nuts and rare spices. So crazy taste! The main dish perfectly mixed the flavour of butternut, vegetables, spices, tahini and pesto sauce with cashew nuts. And the dessert was an amazing mix of fruits (dried, fresh and cooked) with a tasty sauce and an olive oil sorbet! As for the other dishes, the flavours were perfectly balanced. I really recommend the experience, the food is impressive, the price are very fair (less than 30 euros for the full menu) and the place is nice. Book your table before coming because they are often full. One small regret though is not to indicate which wines are vegan on the menu.
