- Vegan quality food!
We had dinner at Dune during the summer where the whole menu was vegan. The invited vegan chefs served us very finely cooked dishes, from starter to dessert. We had the following menu: - Focaccia, onion cream, aspargus and basil, - Gazpacho of charentais melon and tomato, Banyuls vinegar, garlic crostini and Kalamata olive tapenade, - Roasted eggplant with miso, quinoa with dukkah, tomatoes and Chermoula, - Steaks with lentil and amaranth, fresh herbs, revered rice, peanut sauce, - Crumble cake, snacked peaches, jasmine cream, South African basil, - Cardamom shortbread, chocolate ganache, Sichuan pepper, fig and Corsican citron jam. Everything was very good with sweet and unusual savours, even if portions were not huge in comparison to the paid price that was a bit high. The staff is very friendly and the place is pleasant. Because they change their menu each week, we definitely plan to go back!
