- Vegan Ice Cream!
BRICS has just recently started serving vegan ice cream. They usually have 2-3 vegan cream flavors, plus a sorbet or two. Years ago BRICS only served Turtle Mountain brand ice cream (okay, but kind of silly as it kills the ice cream shop experience when they pull out a little of grocery store ice cream pint and charge $4 for a scoop). While not vegan, it is pretty nice that my vegan wife has something to eat if we go.
