Yosaku has a charming atmosphere with an outdoor patio in the summer and year-round themed decorations inside. There is even a "traditional" style seating area where you are asked to remove your shoes and sit cross-legged at a table. The service here has always been very attentive and very polite. The wait staff is dressed in traditional Japanese garb. The food, amazing! There is such a huge selection of sushi. It is always clean and delicious. The tempura is light and crunchy without being oily. There is a wide variety of vegetarian sushi and their menu clearly distinguishes between vegetarian, cooked, and uncooked sushi's. Have been here many times and will keep going back! Price range is average to a little above average. It's not the cheapest sushi, but it's the best for the money in Portland!
