• Vegan Breakfast!!!

I absolutely love this cafe. We've been in Dunedin for 4 days now and come here everyday. Late night tea/coffee near cinema and theatre. Plus: vegan breakfast options. The Big Vege Breakfast is vegan as listed on the menu, but you have the option to make it gluten-free or, in my case, nut-free. Just ask them to substitute tomato relish for the cashew cheese sauce and ask for no pesto. Delicious way to fuel up for a day. Their lunch/dinner menu has vegan options, as well, but we were always elsewhere and didn't get a chance to sample it. Great staff members. Funky decor with mismatched sofas, tables, chairs, and stuff on the walls. Live music or trivia or performance just about every night. There was a really talented guy playing piano when we were in for breakfast yesterday. If I lived in Dunedin, this would be my second home...
