- Delicious Vegetarian dishes in Antwerp
Antwerp is my favorite shopping city!! Walter van Beirendonck, Dries van Noten, An de Meulemeester,... they all come to Lombardia to eat at midday their Vegetarian dish(vegan!) It's a beautiful dish with Seitan/Tempeh/tofu + lentils + steamed vegetables + Organic brown rice/quinoa/barley + Sprouts!! +and nuts ans seeds!! I tried the Food Tea (ginger and thyme) Fantastic together! And the final, a vegan cappuccino (a real espresso + whipped cream based on oat and soy milk!) Super!!
