The original shop has moved to QRE Plaza. It's shrunk, and half of it is now a cafe. I've tried the Hainan Runaway Chicken (hkd75) and the Good Pho You (hkd79). There's a $10 daytime promotion going on, but even with that it's pricey. Both dishes were Western-style mock meat heavy, using Gardein and Beyond products. When I was there yesterday around 2+, after the lunch crowd had left, there were more service crew than diners. Within the customer seating area, two staff members were resting their heads on the tables; another two were sitting and using their phones. I know that staff need breaks, but the set-up just seemed unprofessional. One lady who was more enthusiastic about her job was the store promoter, who took the initiative to walk over to the cafe to offer me and customers at another table try product samples. However, she wasn't sure if the crisps were vegan or vegetarian, and I had to read the ingredients before trying a piece. Updated from previous review on 2018-01-12
