- Fantastic!
We ate at Coox this week and were wowed. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced. We had a luscious eggplant parmaggiano that was to die for because it was super light, really eggplanty tasting, and silky smooth and creamy. The lasagna was similarly rich and luscious. Ratatouille was roasted until all the sweetness of the peppers came out. We also had some delicious seitan with tomato sauce. The dessert was a chocolate cake with apricot filling. The chocolate didn't taste as amazing as we were expecting, but the apricot filling was to die for. It was syrupy and a little tart, so it oozed out from between the layers of cake when we cut into it. Super yum!
