- Vegetarian/Vegan Haven in France
As a vegetarian/vegan family France can sometimes be hell. Often it is not possible to buy appropiate food in public places. Supermarkets don't offer always organic food. When I went into Aze Biocoop, I was like in heaven: everything in organic quality, many vegetarian or vegan foods on offer :-). Some products I knew from Germany like "Rapunzel" or "Wheaty". They have lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and a huge variety of plant milks. I also like, that you can buy grains and legumes directly out of big containers - you just take the amount you need. All together - my favourite place to shop in the Chateau Gontier area.
