I ordered something that was like potato gnocchi in a dry (possibly fried) crust. Basically tasted like vegan fast food and was delivered quickly like a fast food joint. It has a feel like a Panera bread fast casual. Like any fast-ish food place, not as tasty as the traditional sit-down restaurants, but it's also a good bit cheaper and no cover charge. (Italian restaurants usually charge a few euros per person at the table, called "cover".) It's more expensive than I'm accustomed to in the USA, but that's true for everything in Florence. Compared to other Florentine offerings it's fairly cheap. So think of this as Florence's value vegan offering. Go there for the convenience and the prices. It's not the place to go if you're looking for a romantic or gourmet Tuscan cooking. Also has free wi-fi, a nice perk. It's also closer to the tourist center than some of the other veg offerings.
