L’ingrediente base è l’olio di oliva elemento principe della dieta mediterranea, amico del cuore e nemico del colesterolo. No agli zuccheri raffinati e si al fruttosio, zucchero naturalmente presente nella frutta con potere dolcificante pari al doppio di quello del saccarosio, e pertanto con un minore apporto calorico. Inoltre il gelato contiene l’inulina, una fibra vegetale che regola l’equilibrio della flora intestinale. La gelateria è piccolina ma ben fornita. I prezzi sono assolutamente in linea con tutte le gelaterie tradizionali.
