It's really great to go to this fully vegan Indian restaurant such as this one: no need to ask twice about ghee use or raita. The mains are nice but what I definitely recommend are the entrees: tofu pakoras and pani puri especially. I loved the naans, especially the tofu garlic (instead of cheese-garlic) and it was great to get to have a lassi for once.
