This was my third visit, twice were takeaways. We waited over 45 mins for five dishes. This happened last visit so gave it another chance, bit disappointed, there was only two other diners. Two dishes were unsatisfactory. Hope they improve. I revisited this Com Chay this week and WOW! what a change. New chef, the dishes I ordered were well presented and the vegetables were Al Dente, spring rolls were nicely flavoured. Rice with Lotus Seeds, were well presented in lotus leaves was great. I was pleased it had lifted its act. They have opened a new place in town near Hoan Kiem lake. Yet to try. Updated from previous review on 2015-08-13
