  • Great culinary experience

I shared the Bebeaynetu Ahmlti/ Maadi plate (for two) with a friend. It consists of a couple of Ingera (Ethipioan flatbread) topped with four dishes of choice (+ more flatbread on the side). We especially loved Shiro (a chickpea-mash from ground chickpeas with onions tomato and spices) and the Bamy Okra (Okra with tomatoes, onions and spices), but the others were great as well. The Ingera is very soft and relatively neutral but goes great with the flavourful vegetable dishes. The plate was huge but they offered to pack the leftovers for us into a doggy bag. It was a great culinary experience and it's nice to share the food with a friend and eat it with your fingers.
