- Bland Food / Long Wait
Everything is almost all fried (there's practically only starch on the menu--which is odd for vegan food) and bland. The food takes a very long time to come out even though the dishes are pretty simple. If the food was excellent, I wouldn't be critiquing the wait time, but since it's actually pretty bland and mediocre, there's something to say about it. We went to many vegan/vegetarian restaurants in Brasilia, and there are many that were more affordable and a lot better service/food-wise than Café Oya, including Supren Verda, Veg Gourmet, and Vegan-se.
