- Delicious, interesting food, beautifully presented
My husband and I found Equilibrio through the Happy Cow app when we were in Las Spezia,on our way back to Pisa from Cinque Terre in Italy. We found the place beautifully designed and spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, and - most important - the food interesting, delicious, and beautifully presented. For dessert we had, for the first time ever, charcoal cake, an East Asian cake that looks and even tastes a bit like chocolate cake. Yum! I heartily recommend this restaurant for anyone passing through northern Tuscanny, and wish its owners and operators much success.
