This is a reasonable choice if you're in the area around the Phrom Phong BTS station. The Emporium, as noted, is an upscale mall. You enter directly from the Phrom Phong BTS station. The food court is on the fourth floor. Walk all the way back on the fourth floor. You'll see a Burger King. The entrance to the food court is just beyond. Buy a ticket, and return the ticket before the end of the day to get your balance back. When you get into the food court, turn right where it says "Thai Street Food Express" then Walee is about five stalls down. You get rice and two dishes for 80 Baht. I am having what looks like a mock meat with shredded ginger and tofu in a sweet soy sauce. The portions I got are reasonable. The food in the buffet gets cold, so they microwave your plate. I think the food is just slightly better than Terminal 21, the very popular veg buffet nearby at Terminal 21. I find that Terminal 21 has some very spicy dishes. This costs a bit more than Terminal 21 where you can get rice and three dishes for fifty baht. The ambiance is quieter than Terminal 21. Note that the location of Walee does not appear to be correct (as of Jan 1, 2016) on the Happy Cow map. But the Emporium Shopping Complex is very easy to find as it is attached to the Phrom Phong station.
