- Fair amount of vegan options
Saw this listed on happycow and decided to give it a try this week. Here's my Maui Thai restaurant review. It's tucked away in the back of a plaza. The space is pleasant with plenty of seating. Menu marks with carrot sign the vegetarian dishes (most of which are vegan suitable). Additionally a couple of noodles and fried rice dishes on the back of the menu can be vegan as well, though not marked. The prices are not cheap but not expensive either. I tried the drunken spicy fried rice (very spicy, tasty), the stir fried vegetables with tofu (ok but salty), and the fresh spring rolls served with peanut sauce.
