I travelled for 10 weeks throughout Central America and this is the hostel I liked the most. You're surrounded by beautiful nature, the construction of the hostel itself is really nice (the dorm is great!) and the volunteers and guests staying there are super friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. It's also nice not having to worry about the food, the menu is completely vegeterian (can be adapted to vegan, gluten-free). Just bear in mind that's "in the middle of nowhere" and that it will take you a while to get there (you normally go in the back of a pick up truck). There are no shops & stores close, so stock up with some snacks if you want to. It's so worth going there. Plan definitely more than one night. I'd say at least 3 so you can fully enjoy the nature and relax.
