- Star Truck is out of this world!
I love Star Truck! The owner/head cook is delightfully friendly, and makes superb vegan comfort food. Everything I've tried there has been super tasty. Nothing is "weird" or off putting to folk that don't usually eat plant based foods. (In my opinion anyway.) And because the entire food truck is vegan, you don't have to worry about grill cross contamination. I highly recommend you try Star Truck!
