It's not an exaggeration. Gusto Taco offers the best-tasting food of the genre of any place in Korea. It's not even close. The owner, an American, understands and appreciates the needs of veg customers and provides quality options as opposed to just substituting ingredients. The tofu tacos and burritos are shockingly full-flavoured, full-bodied, and rich. It's hard to limit myself to just one. This place is perfect for meeting with non-veg people. Everyone I've ever taken there has been blown away. It's also great for veg people as one of a precious few reliable and delicious dining destinations in Korea. Note: for vegans, just mention "no cheese, no sour cream" and they'll set you up. The staff speaks English.
